So the editor of bringthenoiseuk.com has got into contact with me and asked me to design them an e-flyer and an animated banner for the site.
The e-flyer is to send out in mass e-mails to bands, promoters, contributors and general readers of the magazine.
The banner is to go at the top of the actual website and to foot the e-mails.
I am excited about doing this as it is a field that I haven't really worked in in the past. I am going to focus very much on the theme as this is a very audience driven brief. The website is all about alternative music... giving reviews, interviews and much more information about the scene.
The e-flyer needs to show exactly what the website does and is about. The banner just needs to accompany the design of the website to add dimension with animation.
This is very much a design for screen brief, which I am excited about, and it is actually commissioned work which will get examples of my work out there into the big wide world. How scary/phenomenally exciting.
